Whereas you are required to produce certain details in coonection with the proccedings under the Income Tax Act, 1961 in your case.：

You are hereby requested to give evidence and/ or to produce electronically through online portal, the books of account or other documents specified in Annexure A on or before 2025/11/30。
The submission may be made through Compliance Portal. In this case, submission of information electronically will be considered as compliance to notice u/s 131(1A) of the Income Tax Act, 1961. Instructions with regard to furnishing of information are mentioned in Annexure B.
Without prejudice to the provisions of any other law for the time being in force, if you intentionally omit to give evidence and /or produce the books of account or documents, a penalty of Rs 2o,oo,ooo.oo/- (Rupees Twenty Lakh Only) may be imposed upon you under section 272A(1)(c) of the Income Tax Act,1961 for each such default or failure.
